As your day progresses, check off tasks that you've completed and make amendments as necessary if meetings change or new tasks come up.

Step 7: Print (Optional)

If you prefer a physical copy of your daily schedule, you can print the document. Go to 'File' and click 'Print'. Make sure your printer settings are set to A4 portrait for the best fit.

Step 8: Start a New Day

At the end of the day, or first thing in the morning, clear out the tasks in the right column, ready for a new day of activities. Don't forget to save your blank template for use another day.
