  • Project Name and Number
  • Project Manager
  • Project Sponsor
  • Date
 

Project Business Objective

A desired benefit delivered by a project that resolves a business problem or leverages an opportunity. Example: To improve the visibility of the sales pipeline.
 

Performance Goal

Describe what success will look like in relation to the Project Objective. Example: 100% of all opportunities are registered on sales DB.
 

Methodology
